Any permanent changes to hours should be made in writing giving one month’s notice.

If a child is unwell or unable to attend Nursery, we must be informed as soon as possible. Childcare fees still apply.

Funding

All children are entitled to fifteen hours free funding per week the term after their third birthday. Some children will be entitled to an additional fifteen hours funding, forms will sent out the term before their third birthday. Children in receipt of thirty hours funding can request the hours that suit parents/carers (subject to availability). The thirty hours funding can be used term time only at thirty hours per week or you can choose the stretched offer that will allow children to attend the setting twenty two hours per week over fifty weeks. Any additional hours are payable as shown above.

We accept two year old funding to those who are entitled, this entitles a child to fifteen hours free funding per week.

All children in receipt of fifteen hours funding are able to choose from the following hours (subject to availability):

Monday to Friday – 08:15 – 11:15

Monday to Friday – 12:15 – 15:15

Two full days per week, 08:15 – 16:15 one day and 08:15 – 15:15 the other day.

Invoicing and Payments

Invoices are sent to parent/carers at the beginning of each month, payment must be made by the end of each month.

We accept childcare vouchers and payments from the government tax free childcare scheme. Payments can also be made via BACs or cheque.
